Israeli military kills 2 Palestinians in West Bank, a militant in an army raid and an alleged gunman.

In a predawn military operation conducted within the Nur Shams refugee camp near the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem on Tuesday, the Israeli military inflicted casualties upon two Palestinians. Palestinian health authorities reported that one of the individuals killed was identified as a Palestinian militant. Concurrently, in a separate incident within the occupied territory, a Palestinian gunman initiated gunfire towards Israeli soldiers, resulting in the injury of one soldier before the assailant was subsequently engaged and fatally shot.

These incidents serve as the latest instances of violence within the region, occurring amid one of the most turbulent phases in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in nearly two decades. Israel has persistently undertaken nightly incursions into the West Bank, while Palestinian militants have escalated their shooting assaults against Israeli targets.
